New Life Construction's owner and founder, Herb Saffield III, was born and raised in Anne Arundel County Maryland. In 1983, his passion for building developed into what is now known as Pasadena's finest residential home improvement company-- New Life Construction. Ten years after NLC was founded, Herb built a custom home in Pasadena where he currently resides.
